元数据出问题了，如果是2.0.2之前版本，你停掉所有fe，在master fe fe.conf中添加metadata_failure_recovery = true，然后重启master fe。正常之后，去掉metadata_failure_recovery = true，然后重启这个fe，启动正常之后，其他fe 重新启动。如果是之后版本，停掉之后再启动的时候加--metadata_failure_recovery 启动，正常之后，去掉这个参数在重新启动，其他操作和上面一样
